Our in house design team can provide art to be reproduced on a variety of products using most any decoration technique.
SCREEN PRINT
With over 40 years of custom embellishment experience we have the ability to reproduce your image using as many as 14 colors. Our Direct Screen Prints are applied using the latest in Plastisols or Water Based inks or a hybrid combination of the 2. We apply our prints using "spot color", "simulated process" and "indexed" color separations. Since we are the factory, we maintain both quality and production control on textile order ranging from 50 - 50,000 units.
EMBROIDERY
From the latest in Headwear and Corporate Casual, to Team and Employee Uniforms we can provide a quality stitched product to last for years to come. We utilize Tajima, Brother and Toyota commercial embroidery equipment to decorate using Traditional Direct, 3D and Laser Cut Fabric applications. All digitizing is performed in house giving complete control of the finished product.
PROMOS
When used correctly, promotional products can be a very effective tool in your marketing tool box. We can source over 200,000 items across dozens of product categories. If you would like to complement your current campaign or provide employee incentives we can taylor a set of products to fit most any need and budget.
WEB STORES
We can provide a full package of promotional and apparel products offered in a web store format. We are currently producing and managing Licensed Merchandising Programs, Company Web Stores and Direct to Consumer Web Stores. We have partnered with several offshore factories giving us the ability to produce true custom manufactured goods. From promotional giveaways to true retail products we can provide custom products in several categories with order sizes as low as 300 units.
DROP SHIP FULFILLMENT
Our drop ship services allow you to fulfill individual orders without carrying inventory or managing logistics. We handle decoration, packing, and direct shipment to customers, employees, or event participants. This approach is ideal for company stores, limited-run programs, and on-demand orders that require accuracy, consistency, and fast turnaround while keeping branding and quality under our control.
DTF Printing
Direct to Film (DTF) printing allows us to produce full-color graphics with strong detail and durability on a wide range of fabrics. This method works well for complex artwork, short runs, and quick-turn projects. Transfers are applied using controlled heat and pressure, resulting in a smooth finish that holds up through regular wear and washing.
